In case we haven't formally met, I'm Flora Q. Gomez and I'm an early childhood systems strategist. I help early childhood educators uncover the roadblocks that keep their programs from being in compliance and implementing higher levels of quality care and education. I zone in on classroom learning environments, staff-child interactions, and business practices so that you can fix and avoid common violations and work toward achieving higher quality recognition.
I am reliable and certified in multiple early learning assessment tools: Environment Rating Scales (ERS); Infant, Toddler, and Preschool CLASS; The Program Administration Scale (PAS), and the Business Administration Scale for Family Childcare Providers (BAS). I'm using my knowledge and experience as a state quality assessor to help you overcome and avoid many of the common mistakes I've seen in over 500 programs so that you can be in compliance and position yourself to be highly recognized as a quality child care provider.
