All- Star Team Building Systems Challenge
If team building makes you think about trust-falls at boring retreats where all the staff sit around and totally suck at masking their lack of enthusiasm, I want you to take those thoughts, write them down, ball them up, and slam dunk them in the trash!
Instead- envision the excitement of an NBA draft where organizations are bringing together the crème de la crème of one of America’s favorite sports with the sole intention of building a team that can deliver a championship trophy!
You- my friend, are the coach, and your teachers are the players that you will cultivate into an All-Star teaching team!
But here’s the catch- those players still need the guidance of a coach who knows how to transform potential into performance, and I’m here to teach you about the systems you need to be THAT coach!
This 5-Day Challenge is for childcare owners and directors who desire to:
- build confident teams that have the knowledge and skills needed to support the children and families within the program, and
- build systems that run on autopilot so that they don't have to micromanage their staff.
...but they don't know how!
During our five days together, I will teach you:
- The components of an effective system ,
- Professional development activities beyond workshops,
- What systems you need in place to truly support your staff,
- The different levels of teaching and support, and
- How to meet the needs of your teaching staff as a whole and individually.
How it works and what you get:
- The challenge starts this Monday April 17, 2023 at 6 a.m. CST.
- Each day, you will receive a video training teaching you the concepts you need to know and understand before you can effectively put systems in place. *Note: Access to the video expires within 24 hours of delivery.
- You will complete the worksheets provided to apply your new knowledge directly to your program. They are yours to keep.
- By the end of the week, you should be ready to start building or improving your current program systems.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Why do I only have access to the challenge for 24 hours each day?
- Parkinson's Law states that the more time you have, the more time you will take to complete the task. The reason this is a challenge is because I want you to take action and implement what you learn right away.
Is the training live or prerecorded?
- The training is pre-recorded. I know you're busy and I want you to watch the short video and complete the task when it's convenient for you- during that 24 hour time period.
What happens if I don't complete the challenge?
- Then you don't get the results. You are welcomed to join us on the next round.
What if I have questions?
- The VIP option for the challenge will grant you access to the Q & A session I offer participants at the end of the month. Bring your completed action assignments and questions for me to coach you to the next step.
What is the refund policy?
- There are no refunds on digital products. Please do not register for this challenge if you already know you won't make the time to complete it. I would rather you join when you are able to make the most of the experience and set yourself up for success.

I'm Flora and I am a professional development strategist for early childhood educators. I help childcare owners and program leaders build teams you don't have to micromanage, develop systems that run on autopilot, and curate environments that get teachers excited to come to work.
My 18+ years in early childhood education includes being a licensed teacher, program director, and quality assessor for the Illinois State Board of Education and Chicago Department of Family Support Services. I have put together multiple teams, trained them, and lead them to successfully implementing their jobs.
